Order Processing All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from our UK warehouse. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take up to 3 business days.

- Express Delivery (DPD): 1-2 business days - £6.99
- Next Day Delivery (DPD): Order before 2:00 PM GMT for next business day delivery - £9.99
- Saturday Delivery: Available in most postcodes - £12.99
- Evening Delivery (6-10 PM): Monday-Friday - £8.99

Delivery Attempts If you're not home, our couriers will:
- Leave with a neighbour (if safe location available)
- Leave in a safe place (if specified)
- Return to local depot for collection
- Attempt redelivery the next business day
